Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional service to customers in person and over the phone.
• Accept and process customer payments while maintaining accurate records and cash handling practices.
• Assist customers with account setup, account changes, service questions, and billing-related inquiries.
• Answer incoming calls, resolve routine questions, and direct more complex issues to the appropriate team.
• Support daily office operations through administrative tasks, reports, deposits, and other clerical duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of experience in customer service, cashiering, bookkeeping, or a related office support role preferred.
• Comfort using computers, standard office equipment, and everyday business software.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills with a dependable, team-oriented approach.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record required upon hire.
• Drug testing and a criminal background check are required.

Work Environment

Job Details

• ROP: $20.26 per hour
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Temporary position anticipated to last 3 to 4 months
